FAQ

1. Shipping

We ship all orders via Canada Post. In stock items will ship within 5-10 business days. Pre orders will ship within 3-4 weeks of when the order was placed. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your order ships.

Free Shipping applies to orders over $200 in Canada. During sales our Free shipping threshold will increase to $350.

2. Lost Package

Canada Post offers insurance on all orders up to $100. If your order is lost and over $100 the additional amount will not be covered or reimbursed if lost. To ensure you are covered for the full amount of your order please select Standard Shipping (Max insurance coverage). This will ensure Canada Post will refund the full dollar amount of your order.

3. Refund/Exchanges

While we hope you love your pieces we understand it doesn't always work out. We offer exchange or store credit for any full price item within 7 days of delivery. Please contact info@westandgreythelabel.com and include your order #, name and if it's an exchange or refund. Once we recieve your email we will send you our return address. Please be sure to include the order # and whether its an exchange or a refund. Return shipping will be covered by the buyer.
All sale items are FINAL We do not offer price adjustments, cancellations or returns on sale items  

4.  Discount codes

We are happy to offer discount codes throughout the year and to first time buyers. Please keep in mind, only one code will work per order. You can not stack discount codes as our site will only accept one code per order. Discount codes will not work during our boxing week sale as prices are already heavily discounted.

5. Preorders

If your order contains items that are preorders, the order will ship when the preorder items are ready.
